Skippers' Cove Beach Club

Welcome to Skippers' Cove Beach Club (SCBC), a stunning waterfront paradise nestled in Waretown, NJ. Our charming community consists of 240 mostly waterfront homes, and is widely considered the best-kept secret on the Jersey Shore. This website is designed to be a comprehensive resource for our history, upcoming social events, and club news. We hope you find it both helpful and engaging. As a deed-restricted neighborhood, membership is mandatory. Annual dues are determined by the SCBC Board of Directors each November and are subject to a membership vote. For the 2026 calendar year, annual dues were set at $280.00 per household. By joining our community, you gain shared ownership of our private Clubhouse, pristine Beach Property, Marina, and all common grounds throughout the Cove.
